WHEREAS, Columbia Township has properties that are land locked (not accessible by public road); and

WHEREAS, these properties are sitting idle and not on the tax rolls; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves offering these properties, by sealed bids, to adjoining property owners only;

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Beckwith and supported by Board Member Burgett.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
