RESOLUTION 2002-15

"HOURLY CHARGE FOR USE OF FIRE APPARATUS"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township needs to set charges for the use of fire apparatus;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following:

a. Pumper/Tanker $200 per hour for each unit

b. Tanker $175 per hour for each unit

c. Grass Unit $100 per hour for each unit

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Burgett Yes

Fogarty Yes

Harrington Yes

Hurley Yes                 "Aye" 5 "Nay" 0

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
