Moved by Hurley and supported by Fogarty that the request from The Book Station, of

Grand Junction, County of Van Buren, asking that they be recognized as a

nonprofit organization operating in the community for the purpose of obtaining a gaming

license or registration be considered for approval.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
