WHEREAS, due to increased costs associated with the use of the Township attorney, state or federal agencies, or Michigan Townships Association, in regards to Township business, Columbia Township is limiting the number of people with authorization;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the authorization of Supervisor, Clerk, and Treasurer, to be the only official Board representatives directly responsible for contacting these agencies.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
