WHEREAS, Columbia Township has had increased costs in locating violators and enforcing compliance of the Zoning Ordinance; and

WHEREAS, Columbia Township personnel have had to spend more time doing paperwork, inspecting, and making phone calls, etc.;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves an Investigation Fee in the amount of $100 when work is started before issuance of a Building, Electrical, or Mechanical permit.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
