WHEREAS, mobile homes are brought into the Township before being inspected or approved by the Building Inspector; and

WHEREAS, no mobile home may be brought into the Township without first being approved by the Building Inspector; and

WHEREAS, the Columbia Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 4.10D, states that no mobile home needing repairs may be placed upon a building site until the necessary repairs are made and the Township Building Inspector has approved the repairs;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township will give the property owner 10 days to remove the mobile home from the Township, or it will be put into the hands of the attorney for court action.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Beckwith.
