COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith. Present were Beckwith, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, and Harrington and 7 residents.

Motion by Hurley, seconded by Burgett, to add street lights to the agenda. Harrington No. Carried.

Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Burgett, to approve a form letter to be used to notify adjoining property owners about the sale of Land landlocked property. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Burgett, to approve Resolution 2002-20 "Sale of Township Land Locked Property". Roll call vote, Beckwith aye, Burgett aye, Fogarty aye, Hurley aye, and Harrington aye.

Motion by Fogarty, seconded by Burgett, to set the minimum bid at $2000, with 30 days to respond, for the sale of the Land Locked property #80-06-015-021-20. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Burgett, seconded by Fogarty, to support the recommendations listed in the petition for Silver Lake Road. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Hurley, seconded by Burgett, to have street lights installed at
