A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith. Present were Beckwith, Burgett, Harrington, and Hurley. Absent was Fogarty.
Discussed: Township Hall sign
2002 Roadwork
| Motion by Hurley, seconded by Burgett, to approve purchasing 5 name plates, not to exceed $100, for the Board members. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Burgett, seconded by Hurley, to approve $150 Zoning Board of Appeals fee. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Burgett, to approve Zoning Board of Appeals terms as follows: |
Jack Bowen 12/31/02
Peter Stanislawski 12/31/03
Jim Sykora 12/31/04
Carried unanimously.
| Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Burgett, to send a letter of recommendation to the Road Commission, recommending Bill Rhoades be appointed to a new term. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Burgett, seconded by Harrington, to have 2 stumps ground at the Transfer Station for $100. Carried unanimously. |
