A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith. Present were Beckwith, Burgett, Harrington, and Hurley. Absent was Fogarty. In attendance were 2 residents.
Discussion: 1) 2002/2003 Budget
2) Regular Meeting Issues
| Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Harrington, to pay Winkel Communications $1,875.00 for 5 pagers. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Burgett, seconded by Hurley, to purchase 11 Training Manuals at a cost of $784.45. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Burgett, to pay $6000 to West Shore on account for turn out gear. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Burgett, seconded by Hurley, to reimburse Chief Gruber $100 insurance deductible for the damage to his truck while he was on a fire call. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Hurley, seconded by Harrington, to purchase a motion light for $25. Carried unanimously. |
