WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of Columbia Township to have property on Silver Lake, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 2001-08 be rescinded and,

LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED, the Board being fully advised, initiates an investigation to acquire property on Silver Lake.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member May and supported by Board Member Burgett.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
