WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Township residents to have a public access to Silver Lake, and

THEREFORE, the Board being fully advised, initiates an investigation to determine if, where, and how public access to Silver Lake might be established.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member May and supported by Board Member Burgett.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
