COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith. Present were Beckwith, Burgett, May, Hurley, and Harrington, and 2 citizens.

Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Harrington, to add attorney comments to the agenda. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Beckwith, seconded by May, to add Bryce’s resignation to the agenda. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Hurley, seconded by May, to add Silver Lake to the agenda. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Harrington, seconded by Hurley, to approve the 2001 Road Projects. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Harrington, seconded by Beckwith, to hire Ron Baylor as the attorney in regards to the Lower Jeptha Lake Access issue. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Beckwith, seconded by Harrington, to accept the resignation, with regret, of Bryce May. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Hurley, seconded by Harrington, to approve Resolution 2001-09-Investigate Acquiring Property on Silver Lake. Roll call vote. Beckwith aye, Burgett aye, May aye, Harrington aye, Hurley aye. Carried unanimously.
