Clerk Speicher called the Special Meeting of Columbia Township Board to order at 10:05 a.m. Present Speicher, May, and Harrington. Absent Beckwith and Landers.
Harrington moved to appoint Speicher as chairperson in the absence of Beckwith, seconded by May. Carried unanimously.
Harrington moved to reject the hand delivered bid provided another bidder who followed procedure bid on same lots, seconded by Speicher. Carried unanimously.
Hand delivered bid will be opened last.

Evaluation of competing bids:
Bidder D verses Bidder F
D at $115.00 and F at $110.00
May moved to approve bidder D with high bid, seconded by Harrington. Carried unanimously.
Bidder A verses Bidder K
A at $133.33 and K at $205 per lot.
The Board reviewed Bidder A’s bid and determined Bidder A was referring to a total bid of $400.00 and not $400.00 per lot.
May moved to approve bidder K with high bid, seconded by Harrington, Carried unanimously.
Bidder H verse Bidder P
Bidder P was in attendance and claimed he recently purchased adjacent lots to the property in question. Bidder H does not own adjacent lots. With this information.
May moved to award lots to bidder P for Saddle Lake Subdivision Block 27, lots 14, 15, 18, and 19 provided proof of ownership of adjacent lots is provided, seconded by Harrington. Carried unanimously.
Bidder H verse Bidder O
Neither bidder is adjacent property owners, but in review of the lots being sold, the lots together are buildable and can be sold.
H at $157.00 and O at $110.00
May moved to approve bidder H with high bid, seconded by Harrington, Carried unanimously.
All Other Bidders without Competing Bids
May moved to accept all other non competing bids that meet sale requirements for adjacent lots when required, seconded by Harrington. Carried unanimously.
