A Special Meeting of Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith at 3:00 p.m. Present were Beckwith, Speicher, May, and Harrington. Landers could not attend.
The board went on a road tour to help in determining roads in need of repair or maintenance. The following estimates from the county were requested.
Speicher left at 4:20 p.m., after providing his thoughts that 47th Street should be paved to connect pavement from the North to the South to help with emergency services.
The remaining three members developed the following request for cost estimates.
