COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The special meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Burgett. Present were Grahek, May, Landers, and Harrington. Two people were also present.

There was a discussion about what the Township could do in regards to the DNR Local Watercraft Control Ordinance for Saddle Lake. Grahek introduced a resolution to rescind the vote taken by the Board on November 18, 1997 in regards to adoption of the DNR ordinance. Seconded by Harrington. Carried by a vote of 3 to 2: Landers, Harrington, and Grahek voted Yes; Burgett and May voted No. In effect this action rescinded the DNR Local Watercraft Control Ordinance for Saddle Lake.

Grahek moved to adjourn, seconded by Burgett. Meeting adjourned at 7:41 PM.
