COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

At 2:32 PM a special meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Burgett. Present were Grahek, May, Landers, and Harrington.

The Board members inspected the building, and Grahek moved to accept the building as conforming with the specifications agreed to by the contractor, with the stipulation that the door latch to the common office be fixed and the building be cleaned up more. Burgett seconded. Motion was carried by a 4 to 1 roll call vote. Harrington cast the lone dissenting vote and indicated he thought we should try the building out before accepting it.

Next Grahek introduced a resolution authorizing the execution of a quit claim on the old Township Hall to Breedsville, and stipulating that the Township will tuck point the south wall and repair or replace the west doorway and front doorlatch. Seconded by Harrington. Adopted by unanimous roll call vote.

Next Grahek moved to authorize the final payment of $35,410.92 to Tailored Building Systems pending final paperwork. Seconded by Burgett, carried by unanimous roll call vote.

May moved to adjourn, seconded by Landers, carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 3:10 PM.
