COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The special meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Burgett at 7:30 PM. Present were Grahek, May, Landers, and Harrington.

Burgett announced that the purpose of the meeting was to award the bid for the construction of the new Township Hall.

Harrington asked about the title search. Burgett and Grahek both responded that the Township Attorney had said the title is clear.

Grahek introduced a resolution (attached) to award the bid to Tailored Building Systems, and moved that it be adopted. Burgett seconded the motion. By roll call vote, Landers, May, Grahek, and Burgett voted "yes". Harrington voted "no". Resolution was adopted.

Grahek moved to adjourn, seconded by Landers. Meeting adjourned at 7:36 PM.
